Banana Bay Resort & Marina, Marathon

Banana Bay Resort offers a warm and welcoming environment with friendly staff, a fantastic pool area, and beautiful sunsets from the Tiki bar, making it a great spot for a getaway. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and outdoor facilities leaves much to be desired, which detracts from the overall experience.

I had a lovely time at this resort with its beautiful beach area and stunning sunsets. The rooms were nice and comfortable, although the service at the front desk could use improvement as I faced issues getting timely assistance. While the pool area was enjoyable, other amenities like dining options were not as varied as I had hoped.

My stay at the resort was a mix of good and bad experiences. The beautiful sunsets from the tiki bar were a highlight, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. However, the overall upkeep of the facilities was disappointing, and the service left much to be desired. Despite the large pool area, I found many parts of the resort to be quite run down, which was a letdown.

We had a decent stay at Banana Bay, with clean and modern rooms that were nicely remodeled. The staff was friendly, making us feel welcomed. The location offered a unique beach experience, although the beach itself wasn't sandy. Unfortunately, we were caught off guard by the daily resort fee which was much higher than expected, which dampened our overall impression.

While the hotel features clean and newly renovated rooms that were quite comfortable, my overall experience was marred by the poor service and lack of attention to guest concerns. The location allows for some enjoyable beach time, but the hidden fees and cleanliness issues were significant downsides during my stay.
